Readiness Module
SearchWiz™ Search Engine ‘Readiness
Module’
For websites in the planning stages, the Readiness
Module will provide the research to generate a search
engine friendly site outline, navigation & site
architecture. For existing sites that are preparing
to engage in a redesign, the current site architecture
will be examined and compared to the intended modifications
to ensure that current search engine listings will still
be retained after any file structure changes made during
the redesign.
The Readiness Module consists of several of the following
modules:
• Keyword Analysis to determine what phrases
are actually being searched for compared to the number
of sites already competing for those phrases. This provides
an understanding of what will be required to get traction
for any particular phrase.
• Website outline recommendation – Page
topics will be recommended based on your Keyword Analysis
• Competitor Analysis to determine top competitors,
and to discover which elements are being leveraged to
generate their success, i.e., quantity & quality
of content, # of inbound links and their relative value,
etc. Content recommendations will be suggested.
• Hard Cost Analysis will be completed to discern
advertising options and costs, inclusion fees $ for
placement in online directories (a major part of organic
search marketing), press release distribution costs,
etc.
• Directory Submissions – Determine which
directory submissions will yield the most effective
results with the search engines.
• Site Assessment – We make sure the site’s
code is clean; we determine what the market terrain
is like and where you’ll likely be able to make
inroads and where you will waste time and money.
Information is power, so the adage goes. The SearchWiz
Readiness module will give you the information you need
to make the best decisions when planning the structure
of your website from a marketing point of view, and
will give you an understanding of the level of effort
that will be required to meet your Web marketing goals.
